the film.

i was very depressed and angered at the film that was shown in class on monday.it angered me that america could show so much indifference to the jews and the holocaust. i think we (as America at the time>) should have helped. i was also appalled at the immigration laws at that time. the single event that angered me is when we wouldn't let the jewish kids come over but we let the european kids come over....
i hope america has grown since then but i see some of the same attitudes displayed now as we did back then.
